Storm Moves East

Light snow showers will continue this morning, but the main energy from our latest storm has already shifted well east of the area. Best chances for any additional accumulation will be in the western and southern suburbs, any accumulation should be light. We do remain under a winter storm warning, but I would expect those highlights to expire earlier than previously expected. Any lingering snow showers should be done by this evening as dry air pushes in to the area... Tomorrow highs should rebound into the 40s. The map below shows the storm moving east of the area and the high pressure moving in behind it [click to enlarge].
